It’s really amazing what they are doing with watches now. Some of the face work I am seeing is so intricate and beautiful. It is not uncommon to see diamond chips designed into an accent on the face of the watch. For example in my guess watch I recently purchased it has two graceful butterflies made with diamond chips. I really think this is a lovely watch. When you look at the watch fob itself you can find a whole other opportunity for the watch designer to express themselves.

You will find diamonds again used to compliment gold, silver or even platinum fobs. The shape can be the classic oval or round and now you see a lot of square. I have also seen a trend toward very oblong which gives a whole new look. Last but certainly not to be overlooked is the attention that paid to the watch band. Many watches are also a bracelet with stunning combination of metal, gems, and patterns weaving the two together. It really is of wonderful time (no pun intended) to invest in a watch to show you are a true stylista!!
