Lose the LBS
Spring will bring more skin to the surface! I mean we will start to wear the sun dresses and soon t-shirts and shorts. Bottom line is that your bottom needs to look good. Those few extra pounds you put on over the winter months need to be start leaving so you look your hottie best come April. Here are a few tips I like from the peoples at BeautyandFashionAdvice.com . I know the domain is crazy but they did not consult with me first. Here are my favorite three tips:
1) For foods that you cannot stop at just one, you need to avoid them. For me this is chips and I love them but I have to eat a whole bag if I get started. It has a lot of salt and oils so you really can get chubby from these. Candy or chocolate are the same. Just clear them from your mind.
2) Avoid a Loaded Salad, you can put fattening dressings and a ton of croutons (bread) and soon the calories are way up there again. Don’t get over involved in piling on the goodies. Stick to a simple salad with Romaine lettuce and a light oil or vinaigrette dressing.
3) Eat slowly, this really works for me. I compare to my hubby who just shovels it in and always gains. Just eat as slowly as possible even if you are “STARVING” and you will feel the food fill your tummy quicker and you will stop eating sooner.
