Do you pick out fashion for your exercise routine? I want to work out more and have a nice elliptical available now to do it on. I do not have a lot of clothes for that type of activity so I’ll have to do some “shopping”. I wonder what is more comfortable and what you look out for in features of the clothing. For example the shoes, it really has me in a quandary because you see so much baloney in claims by the companies that sell sports apparel. Tell me what you like and give me some good pointers on picking things out, please, Please!!
