A Journey For Change

A journey for change has been on a long road from the Bushwick Salvation Army Community Center the traveled to South African shantytowns, to Boston and New Orleans. All this travel is done by a group of kids who are working to help others in need. The group was founded by Malaak Compton-Rock to give kids a sense of empowerment and the desire to make a difference in the lives of those less fortunate. Their story and their witness of their journeys is an excellent read on CNN’s website under Anderson Cooper 360.
