A new adventure is going camping and we are planning to do some canoeing at the same time. I have not been camping before but like always I am in charge of finding the things that we need to bring with us. I don’t even know what some of this stuff is. For instance what in the world is a backpack? I wonder if a knapsack is the same thing. We are going to camp in the Ozarks and hubby said there might be snakes so I know I am bringing an emergency kit just in case. I don’t want to die from a snake bite! Yuk!

A lot of things my hubby all ready owns like hiking boots and fishing gear. I need to find me some hiking boots too so I can take a long hike, I guess sneakers are not good enough. I don’t like walking much unless I am in the mall but ok! I am wondering about pup tents and things like sleeping bags so I need to go to ShopWiki and find out what they are and where to buy them. My favorite way to go camping is to sleep in a hotel and then my hubby can fish in the deep end of the pool while I am swimming in the other side! Sigh, but he doesn’t like that idea…
