I’m a lady and can’t use this chart. Why don’t you have a chart for ladies? I use a barbell that weights 13 pounds and have 12 pounds of weights on it, so total weight is 25 pounds. I do 15 repetitions. What does this mean? Should I be using less weight and more repetitions? or more weight and less repetitions?
