AT&T announced that MMS would be available on their network today. This is one of several promised dates for release as they delayed to get the “network ready”. They are expecting a huge influx of MMS which is video, text and mixed media sent from the Iphone. The service has been available for months on other carriers and they are reporting extremely low usage from customers. Who is going to take the time to fashion some kind of mixed media message to send over their Iphone? Not me, I just want to text fast. Hey AT&T how about coming up with an Iphone service that includes voice, text and data for less than $100 per month! Now that would be news!
