Patrick Swayze died after a long battle against cancer. He is not remembered by the younger generation unless they love dancing. He also worked as a fashion model.  He starred in Dirty Dancing in the 80s and made a wave throughout young adults who filled the night clubs with the hot salsa type dance that Swayze and Jennifer Grey steamed up the screen with. He followed with too short of an acting career the usually portrayed him in a role of the honest guy next door who was trying to do the right thing. Ghost was another one of his hit movies with Demi Moore.

When he had to kick ass he would but only as a last resort. He worked tirelessly for charities and encouraged young aspiring actors to take up the craft. We will miss you Patrick!
