Manila, Philippines staggering under the load of typhoon “Onduy” is following evacuation orders from the President Gloria Arroyo. There are already over 700,000 people out of their homes. This new typhoon Pepeng or Parma is set for land fall Saturday morning Oct. 3,2009. It is not supposed to carry as much rain as Onduy but it is predicted to include 120 mph wind. The Filipino people are good at hunkering down to survive typhoons but this is like nothing that has ever happened. Please pray for the Philippines and their people.
