The Cookie Diet Does it Work?

The Cookie Diet was developed by Dr. Seigal and is intended to help you lose weight by substituting about six large cookies for two meals a day. The fashionable diet cookies are not low calorie so they taste just fine and if you eat them with your morning coffee or as recommended an eight ounce glass of water they absolutely will fill your stomach. Eating a decent meal each day with the diet is a good idea as you don’t have that craving for “regular food” you get doing the low carb diets. It takes discipline to stick with the cookies for an extended period and most of us don’t have that kind of will power. However, many people are losing weight this way.
