My hubby and I have a crazy story of our engagement. First he asked me to marry him over the internet because we are so far away. Then he tells me to go out and buy an engagement ring. I am so young and naïve that I don’t even know what “fashion of ring” I need to get. It’s not like we have a Robbins Brothers down the street in Manila. I get what I think is a good ring and show it to him. He says it’s good but then when he came over to the Philippines he wants to buy my engagement ring and a wedding band. What he doesn’t know is that we are in the province there and you cannot buy a good ring in Olongapo.

Once again, there is not a Robbin Bros around the corner, they have beautiful ring sets. Anyway, we get this ring and it doesn’t even match. My Sisters fiancé brings his grandmother’s beautiful ring to her from the US. It really did not bother me I loved my rings but it drove my hubby to distraction. So for our third anniversary he finally gets me a ring that he is happy over. Ha-ha! I don’t care I just love him but it’s important to him. Internet proposals are not unusual anymore so many people meet that way but watch these two on YouTube they are so touching.
